PEER REVIEWS AT WORK
I was told by my team leader today that my two-word peer review of a coworker - "FUCKING ASSHOLE" - is "NOT SUFFCIENT" and "LACKS DETAILS". Gawd I hate doing peer reviews. :O

I think a two word peer review, like that "fucking asshole" is succinct, and assuming the peer is in fact a fucking asshole, accurate. Just keep adding adjectives.

add:

Major

then:

Total:

then:

Useless

and turn it back in as "Major Total Useless Fucking Asshole"

Continue adding adjectives until they stop asking for details.

That's what I'd do.

6. Here you go....
I have had a the opportunity to work closely with (coworker) over the past year. With optimal support and assistance, he is at times able to make modest contributions to our team. He interacts with other employees. It is my feeling that given time, an ideal placement might be found in our corporation which would allow him to develop potential.

Wasn't that easy?
