6. yum.. does sound good
we had fresh picked morels sauteed in a garlic butter cream sauce with boneless skinless chicken breast on a bead of fettuccine along with snow cap mushrooms stuffed with bacon bits, Italian breadcrumbs and Parmesan. I called it my Italian mushroom-fest dinner.

8. Thought you'd never ask.
Starting with a couple of about inch and a quarter ribeyes.
My favorite steak.
This will drive steak "purists" nuts, but...
Sprinkle with Bourbon
Sprinkle with Adolph's
Pierce with fork all over
Sprinkle with Liquid Hickory (Liquid Smoke?)
Sprinkle with favorite seasoning
Tonight I used Greek Seasoning
Just felt kinda Greeky tonight
Rub it all in
Pierce with fork again.
Flip and repeat
Tenderest steak you ever laid chops to.
Guarantee.
