6. If I was on the jury, he would walk.....and I think he's probably guilty

but the mother-son team is so incredibly obvious and I'm concerned about the tactics about bringing up charges that have previously been dismissed in court. I think the case has been handled terribly by a judge who is trying to be a tough-ass and make a name for himself.

7. "Reasonable Doubt" was raised numerous times. While he's probably guilty,

he'll probably "walk"...since jurors can't ignore reasonable doubt. So they probably won't convict him...though they might want to.
