1. You just reminded me of one of the dumber things I ever did.

In my senior year of high school, for my birthday, a good friend of mine bought me over TWO POUNDS of gummi bears in bulk and handed them to me in the plastic bag he bought them in. I immediately opened them up to share with the class, but managed to eat about HALF OF THEM all by myself. I don't know if there's some chemical in those things that will make you feel sick in large quantities or if it was the sugar, but trust me when I tell you that I spent the rest of that day on the verge of puking and unable to concentrate or see straight at all.

I still love anything like that, including those sour worms, but I can't have more than a small handful now because even looking at them brings back those feelings of nausea from all the way back in 1986!

and the stomach isn't doing too well right now :-(
