The party is coming along great...I borrowed a concept from a Disney Cruiseline ship's dining room where the room was completely in black and white, and during the course of the meal, color was added little by little...

Well I used that same concept here, black and white room (floor, wall panels, tablecloths, chairs, the works)...with a fabric LED ceiling in different layers. Above that three search lights will rotate around. The color will be introduced through lighting and fiber optics in the ceiling and around the stations (Bars, Buffet, Dessert, Stage, etc.). Hard to explain but it is coming along well :)

I also am working on another party for a law firm for their 4th of July party. Got a huuge budget to work with, thank god, and I think I'm going to go with a "spy" theme there. I have to get with my graphic artist to sketch out the concept for approval and then I start calling the vendors :)
