1. No. And it's not OK to have an opinion about it, either!

4. That's right; I didn't catch that.

I'm pretty sure someone's done a Beatles song though, right? I haven't watched it much.

So what that means is, the Beatles' music is a part of the TV shows which anesthetize the masses away from important issues, but Oasis isn't.

By the way, the new album came out two days ago! I haven't picked it up yet though; I've been so busy, plus I'm pretty broke.

5. Bad Oasis fan!
Naughty, naughty! Oasis needs your support and yet you withhold it. Can't you hear Liam weeping?

8. I thought of the possibility of shoplifting it.
Oasis is one of those bands worth getting arrested for stealing for, but then I realized I'd also be stealing from them.

10. Lifting the new Oasis album?
Somehow that seems perfectly appropriate in the cosmic scheme of things.

all sorts of bad things... trust me!

Anyone who doesn't watch it is automatically entitled to consider themselves to be better than anyone who does.

9. I hate that show.
Hate hate hate. It glorifies many things I dislike about current music. But of *course* it's OK to watch. I'm sure I watch all kinds of crap that bugs other people.

I'm curious, why do you ask, LoZoc? Have I been missing something?

17. For some reason it's constantly used as an example...
...of something that distracts the masses, by lots of people at DU.

20. as a REAL musician, I find it morally offensive
I can say with out exaggeration I am FAR more talented that anyone on that show. As are a great many who will never get the recognition they deserve because people would rather stoop to the lowest common denominator of simplified corporate mindless crap.

It's OK to watch, just don't expect me to show any respect to you for it.
