"Charged with third-degree sexual abuse" for grabbing someone's ass: something to keep in mind when we demonize anyone who's tagged a "sex offender" by our judicial system. Not that it's okay to grab someone's ass, but words can be powerful. Just a thought.

I also think that it trivializes real sex offenses. Grabbing a stranger's ass makes you an asshole, but it isn't equivalent to child molestation or rape.
