1. Gotta love 'weather'
I personally like when it looks like a monsoon, and then a few hours later the sun is out. I don't enjoy when it rains for 3 days though.

6. Yes it's really raining here in Lincoln. Did you make it to the Gathering?
I was there from noon on Sunday to just after noon on Monday.

8. No I really wanted to, but my hubby hurt his back on Saturday
so I had to take care of him all weekend. Poor baby.
Was there a good turnout?

10. I think there may have been about 30 people there at most.
I heard that Saturday night was the night to miss. On Saturday there had been a bunch of drunken non gathering Hell raisers cutting down trees, and setting them on fire. I guess they did that to show how much they didn't like hippies. The Sheriff cleared them out, and they didn't come back. We cleaned up some of their damage on Sunday. I think I was there on the best day. The night was cold, and I wished I'd taken thicker bedding. Too bad you missed it.

11. Cool
They've been forcasting thunderstorms for my area for days, and nary a rumble of thunder. It seems everyone else is getting them but us.

16. They're almost here too
We're south of you about 100 miles, just north of st.joseph. It's getting darker, so it's not far away.
