Mystery mess dogs SA parliament

South African parliamentarians are perplexed at the origin of a pile of dog excrement that appeared near an opposition leader's seat.

The discovery caused Inkatha Freedom Party leader Mangosuthu Buthelezi to shift to another seat on Thursday.

The Star newspaper reported that Mr Buthelezi was "visibly shocked", amid suggestions of foul play.

But on Friday, an official told the South African Press Association that a security sniffer dog might be to blame.
