I am seeing the term "Commander Cuckoo Bananas" all over the place.

If this keeps up, then every time anyone thinks of George W. Bush they will think of "Commander Cuckoo Bananas." It's all the fault of Bart Simpson, the little twit.

So unless you are some kind of "Bart symp" please never say or write the term:

5. I wasn't critizing you at all, just wanted to give correct attribution

for Commander Cuckoo Bananas :).

After all, if we misattribute and distory the history of the term Commander Cuckoo Bananas, we become like Commander Cuckoo Bananas and we don't want that :)

7. While I find the term Commander Cuckoo Bananas appropriate --

-- for George W. Bush, I was under the impression that it was either Cmdr Cuckoobananas, or Commander Cuckoo-bananas, and not Commander Cuckoo Bananas. In any event, as I was watching the now infamous "Commander Cuckoo Bananas" episode of The Simpsons, and heard Homer Simpson utter the name "Commander Cuckoo Bananas" I literally went completely cuckoobananas. Imagine! Calling the President of the United States "Commander Cuckoo Bananas"!! and on a nationally syndicated television show!. I'll bet even Commander Cuckoo Bananas' cabinet is calling him Commander Cuckoo Bananas behind his back!
