Just wanted to let you guys know that I am still around, just working daytime hours with little time for surfing. Trying to readjust my schedule from nights is hard! Still, my new job rocks!

I've only been there a week and I'm having the hardest time with the parts and accessories catalog. It's over 600 pages! Luckily, the other parts guys (and 1 gal besides myself) are super friendly and helpful. I've rarely worked in a more congenial atmosphere.

rode H-Ds. I've got a 1995 Electra Glide Ultra Classic Anniversary Special. It's the perfect commute vehicle for the Sacramento area (at least until the weather turns). I recently cammed up and took a cruise into Oregon. Averaged 50 mpg

I'm kinda fond of the 100th anniversary Sportster myself. I know it's small by Harley standards, but I tend to prefer that size to the Road Kings and Fatboys. The new V-Rods are pretty cool too!

14. hope they don't send your job overseas....hear that they are trying to

send at least two types of jobs overseas, putting lotsa pressure on management....not that they aren't making money hands over fist like always, but that they can make even MORE money by shipping jobs for this "all american company" overseas. Damn shame. Crying shame.

I'm employed by the dealership. They're great, but they're not quite ready to be sending jobs to the suburbs much less overseas. :-)

The great thing about that picture is that the three women I'm with are the only people who showed up at the reunion that I actually hung around with. They're all still really liberal and progressive, especially the twins.

Oh yeah, and you're welcome. Just don't be pulling that disappearing act again. What if there had been an abortion thread while you were gone? I may not have survived! You're just lucky that this new crop of disruptors only seems to care about the Democratic candidates and Iraq. (though I'm sure they're going to get around to us girls sooner or later)
