3. My husband says, "No, you wouldn't make him cook it!"
He said I would cook supper and Alton Brown would provide all the commentary, chemistry lessons, and history lessons pertaining to each portion of the meal.

He also said he'd serve Alton hot dogs and beer.

6. Me too, that'd be the easiest way to show Alton my appreciation
I even have a pint of frozen blueberries and fresh (from the garden) strawberries for topping.

I never used buttermilk for anything until I watched Good Eats, now I have a quart in the fridge at all times. It's really versatile and it never goes bad!

8. My two favorite shows on at the same time....
... at 6:00 P.M. I have to choose between goodeats and the Simpsons. Usually Alton wins out - unless he's cooking veggies.

9. I'd probably do beef tenderloin filets . . .
. . . the way he would cook them (seer briefly in cast iron skillet, then stick in a 500 degree oven for a little while), some fresh, steamed, seasoned vegetables and some good bread.

Very safe. ;)

11. My wonderful focaccia!!!!!!
A wonderful slow-rise dough, bathed in a luscious olive oil and garlic bath, topped with sweet, whole tomatoes (sliced for an easy bite), mozzarella, mushrooms and a dash of oregano and Pecorino Romano..........OMG

And I'm making it again Saturday night...

(it was a take-off of the movie Misery) I'd keep him prisoner and cook with him for days on end...

on edit: I forgot to mention what we'd eat, he made some mighty nice looking fajitas tonight, I think we'll start there...
