I think I`ll live into the 70s... Not sure about 80s. My parents are still alive, but only in their 60s...

4. For me, I doubt it.
I'm a bit of a pessimist, but history of males in my family has me kicking of cancer before 75.

I do not come from the gene pool, but the gene cesspool.

6. Genetics are on my side
My grandfathers lived to be in their 70s, but on my mother's side of the family were several folks who lived to be in their 90s. Mom is going strong at 86, soon to be 87. We have an ancestor who lived to be 106-he died in 1687, I believe, in North Andover MA. In doing genealogy I found that that branch of the family tended to long lives.

7. I don't believe I'll get to 85, and I sure hope not to.
My money will have run out about 8-10 years earlier.

10. pretty safe bet, I think
Both my paternal Grandparents were over 90 when they died. My mother's parents died in thier fifties and sixties but they smoked and drank so I have no idea what thier natural longevity potential was.

I take really good care of myself except I really should get more excersise. Really, as long as I get to see my kids grow and I get a nice crop of grandbabies someday I'll take what I get. :)

11. The two magic numbers in my family
seem to be 83 and 88. Two passed away very young, at 75. My dad is 80 and still has his own house, garden and runs around like he's 40.

I got the genetic junk, unfortunately. Right now, I feel 90 - real age 38.

12. My greatgrandfather lived to 106.
4 of my greatgrandparents lived well over 90. There is a decent possibility.

Orneriness I guess.
