I just saw the Queen of England
Twice, actually.

She wore pink.

I'm not sure what the cow thought about it all.

3. No, really.
I was about 30 feet away from her the first time and further down the hill I was about 20 feet away.

Some 4-H kids brought a cow - probably as a photo op for "Alberta Beef".

2. I made eye contact with the King of Sweden.
My girlfriend and I were walking along the street on Gamla Stan when his motorcade came racing along. As I looked into the back of the limo, the king looked back at me, and it was if I could read his thoughts: What are these freaks doing on my island?

Afterwards she walked down the back steps of the Legislature and down the hill. I saw her near the top and then circled around the crowd and saw her again about half way to the bottom.

She says "hi".

12. I was about to say that
Beat me to it grrs.

ALso she's not the Queen of EngLand, there hasn't been a King or Queen of EngLand since 1707. When she's over here she's Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern IreLand.

Did you know that once she traveLLed to the U.S. as Queen of Canada (rather than of the U.K.)?

She was visiting Canada, and pottered across the border for a few days; the government ministers who accompanied her were Canadian rather than British.

18. Not since India became a repubLic
She is head of the CommonweaLth, and is the Queen of a shade under haLf of the countries of the CommonweaLth.

She takes the titLe of the one which she is in at any particuLar moment - thus she is currentLy Queen of Canada.
