I'm having a problem with EBay

I bought something which was never delivered, paid by Paypal. The guy is now no longer a registered user, he was audited by Paypal. I filed a complaint and he was supposed to refund me, but that went nowhere. I spoke with Paypal today and they say they're still trying to get the funds from the guy.
Has anyone had similar problems, did you file a police complaint?
I don't know what to do next.
I've never had a problem with EBay in the past. I feel really burned by this.

1. I had a similar problem
After I paid the guy he all of a sudden became "no longer a registered user". The process for getting my money was so frustrating I eventually gave up and never bought anything else from E-bay. Really, I bought 8 or 10 things over the years and was only happy once, so I'm not a big fan.


Sorry I cant help but I been there.

I've been very happy with EBay up until now. It's very disheartening that crooks can get on there and basically steal your money, though.
