I have to move

My landlord sold the house out from under me. The new landlords want to move into my half of the house.

My kids only have one more year of high school and we're trying desperately to stay in town so they can finish with their friends.

Right now, there is only one listing for an apartment in town. Please send whatever positive energy, karma, good wishes, prayers, voodoo, etc in my direction. I'm terrified that I am going to have to move these boys away for their last year of school, and it's breaking my heart.

In some places, though, you can file for the right to keep your kids in that school for their last year. You should look into that possibility too.

For example, ever see those signs along the road "We Buy Houses"? Those people are often investors who need good tenants. Call some of them.

Worcester doesn't look that far away. You might even be able to keep your kids in the same school if you can arrange to use that as a mailing address.
