I have a favorite PIC of Einstein that looks great in 3x5..I want to BLOW it up to 2' X 3' for a memorial wall. It is slightly blurred....Can I do anything to fix it?
You can sharpen things on Adobe Photo Shop but that only goes so far and can make things look worse when the original image is already blurry. The sharpen tool works great on an already sharp image but if something is blurry it can only do so much.
Sometimes a slightly blurry picture can look better than a sharp image. It all depends on what look you are going for. Blurry can create a more artistic look.
You might want to convert it into absolute blacks and whites through blowing it up on a Xerox machine. You will need to Xerox it in sections as it gets huge, and fit it together later.
