1. The original or the hip hop sample? Neato either way. (nt)

2. Yay!
Love me some Can. I'm thinking nowadays that what I really want is a Deadhead band that can also do Can.

5. I hereby proclaim this summer, "The Summer of Can".
I plan on listening to a lot of Can this year out on the patio. As soon as I get my CD collection in order.

6. That's my third-favorite Can song.
After "Yoo Doo Right" and "Father Cannot Yell."

8. I know it sounds like heresy...
...but I can really take or leave Tago Mago. I just don't think it's as good a record as Ege Bamyasi or Monster Movie.

9. Hmmm...
I think there's as much good stuff on Tago Mago, but since they made it a double LP, there's a good deal of what I would consider to be filler on there as well. Of course you may not agree with me as to what's filler. They may not agree either, since they put a big chunk of "Halleluwah" on the Cannibalism compilation, and I don't think there's a lot happening in that piece. (But I love "Aumgn," especially the dog going nuts at the end of the drum solo!)

Where I get to feel contrarian is that Future Days is my favorite Can record, and I haven't yet found anybody that agrees.

10. That's also jpgray's favorite.
I make fun of him because of it. ;)
