What was that movie......
..made in late 70's or early 80's that starred a WWF wrestler (benoit?) and everyone was a robot and the billboards all had subliminal messages....sorry so vague. Help?

Weren't the people aliens? I dunno, maybe robots. But if he put on certain sunglasses he could tell who was one of those things. And there was a black friend of his that he was trying to convince to put on the glasses and he wouldn't so they got in a huge brawl. Is that the one?

Sorry, I can't think of the name of it either.

I just saw that movie less than 6 months ago. It was on AMC or something.
