Box Office Mojo reports that 'Revenge of the Sith' made an estimated $108.5m over the weekend in North America. If estimates hold, it will be the 2nd highest grossing weekend ever behind Spider-Man, which made $114.8m over its opening weekend, but had the advantage of a Friday opening.

'Revenge of the Sith' does hold the record for the highest gross over its first 4 days with $158.5m, putting it ahead of 'The Matrix Reloaded' which made $134.2m.
