Iknow this will probably be removed, but the childish namecalling I see so often on these threads does not make the writers appear to be very mature. Let's ttry to keep the discussions on an adult level.

Cuts down on their chances of walking in on someone they don't know. Can't have them being caught in what might look like public toilet assignations, now, can we? That would be bad.
(Note: These comments -- whether they succeed at it or not -- are intended solely for humor. I haven't an opinion on the Freeper/porta-potty thing because I don't have any facts.)
They tend to bring a -- shall we say "optimistic" -- number of port-a-johns to their rallies. At one last October by some accounts they bought more potties than people.
