Can I get some recommendations on photo sharing software?
We currently have Kodak EZ Share, but it's not so easy. Can I get some ideas of software that might be more user-friendly? Thanks!

1. I would suggest CompuPic
at http://www.photodex.com

I use CompuPic Pro, and it's excellent. It's great for previewing pics on your system, as well as an uploader to web FTP.

I think you will like it.

2. Typical IT nerd question but how do you want to share them?
Through the local network, over the internet, etc.

3. I want to send digital pics to family over the internet(s). Also,
when I receive .jpgs, I have to open each one individually with EZ Share and it's becoming a pain in the rump.

5. Ok. This is a good question. Did you want to just forward them
to others? Are you using Outlook? I'll research this for you. No charge and it keeps me sharp? Do you have Windows?

7. Yes, I want to forward pix, I use Earthlink Total Access, and
I have windows. Thanks, CG. At this point, my husband can't even get the pix from the camera to his 'fuzer, so maybe something else is screwed up. It's never easy! :(

9. What version of Windows is it? XP, 2000, 98, etc.

10. He has Windows ME and is currently updating the
software, so perhaps that will help. But I will be looking into the other recommendations, because I know it shouldn't be this confusing.

11. Ok. I'll be getting back to you. So one thing is you can't get
the photos off the camera. I'll be back. Feel free to PM me!

4. Take a look at
Google's Picasa. It's free, easy and nice little program.
