"Legal Eagles" on AMC?

it was a decent little movie, but a classic? I guess they have alot of programming to fill up.

1. I hate AMC

Almost all of their movies are full screen,they look like they are playing a ten year old VHS rental and they have a ton of commercials.

2. AMC hasn't shown anything that approaches being a classic for years now.

They even had to change their name; they're now "American Movie Channel." They show crap, they edit it, and they have commercials.

If you want classics, watch TCM. No commercials, unedited, uncut and in original aspect ratio. Pure bliss.

3. I Didn't Realize They Changed The Name....

I do prefer TCM...I enjoy watching Ben Mankiewicz host daytime on weekends. I am a big fan of his grandfather and uncle.

5. I was a little worried about Mankiewicz at first (I was hoping they

weren't moving in the AMC direction — I think they had Carmen Electra as a host for a while?), but Mankiewicz's pedigree is impressive, and he's been great.

4. Legal Eagles and Up Close where just Redford cashing a check

Up Colse was the one with Michelle Pheifer.

6. If you want to see classic movies....it's TCM.

American Movie Classics is a joke now. I think they went downhill after they started putting commericals in the movies.

Turner Classic Movies is the place to watch classics. :-)
