Stellanoir for being my first PM and loaning a hand when i needed one. it was my first taste of seeing this place behave as a warm and generous community, and though it was a small thing to her, it made me realize this place was about so much more than reading the LBN.

Moonbeam Starlight, for the first really long conversation i had with another DUer. It was my first bout of PMS after coming out of the denial after the election. She made me laugh and then cry, She's going to visit me and we are going to do NYC right.

Sufragette for being my first in the fllesh DUer and for going all the way across the country to DC to protest voter rights. Her effort and commitment inspired me to do the same, and I'lll always be grateful to her for that.

Yvr girl for being so sweet and soo salty that i was totally intrigued from the get go. For being for being both wise and a wise ass. For being my crib sister and sharing so much with me over the long cold winter. And for not having a mean bone in her body. Such grace is rare.

Andy Stephenson, for being so warm, funny and commited to his cause. For caring so damned much about the voters and Voter Verified Paper Ballots. And for not being angry at me for a moment if perhaps i mispoke and caused him great trouble.

Willl Pitt for putting his all into what he does 24/7 at expense to his health, and sometimes sanity. For all the effort he makes to rally us to some sort of consensus, despite impossible odds. He's really not so bad when he lets his hair down and doesn't feel the weight of the world on his shoulders, i'm glad i got to see that.

Kleeb, for blogging me on my cell phone during the inaugaral and making me sad i missed it. for being funnier than a high school kid has a right to be. and mostly for being a good shoulder to cry on, and such a good friend. it was so special to meet him after all this time.

For all the KOEB gals and guys who amaze me still with their sharp wit and commitment and love. They taught me how to post :loveya: and gave me a little home here. i'll never forget the birthday party we threw together. I look forward to meeting them all someday.

Progmom who is hilarious, caring and generous beyond belief. It was a great honor to be among those who shared your wild weekend in Boston. You were a blur of joy and laughter for two days solid. there's so much talent and heart in her, it blows my mind.

Jimmy Jazz, for having a warm and sparkling spirit, and the most infectious laugh I have ever heard in my life. For bringing those amazing gals to boston and allowing me to crash your pajama party.
