I MISSED LOST, my favorite show tonight, anybody got a vid file of it?

or can anyone get one? I don't know all the torrent or newsgroup stuff. I just get stuff of Limewire and occasionally internet forums from individuals sending stuff, often through http://www.yousendit.com/

It's pretty self explanatory on how to use. Just leave everything blank and press the browse button, find and upload the file, and it will give you a general download link you can send to people.

If someone knows how to find it please help a brother out. I'll return the favor in any way I know how (which I admit is hard to do over the internet).
