What's your least favorite household chore?
For me it is probably a tie between washing dishes and doing the laundry...I don't know why those two stick out as the suckiest but they do.

3. vacuuming
I have to pick up before I do it, so it's two chores in one and it's too loud to listen to music while I do it.

Hate, Hate, Hate!

10. I Don't Mind It Since I Got One Of Those Oreck Vacuums...
they are really LIGHT AND EASY!! Only the bedrooms have carpet though so I'm done with that in 5 minutes. It's also true what the commericals say, that vacuum, you don't feel like you're kicking up dust.

4. It's Specifically PUTTING AWAY THE LAUNDRY
I don't mind doing it but sorting out whose socks are whose and all that, ugh. I wouldn't care if it was just for me but I do all the laundry in my family and I'm forever short one sock, WHAT DO THEY DO WITH THEM?

11. Me too. Tile, hardwood, carpet, vinyl: it all sucks.
These days, I put horsework before housework! By the time I get home from the barn, it's dark and I try not to look too closely at my floors.

My mom is coming to visit next week. I love my mom, but this means Operation Clean Sweep has begun.
:scared:

8. Hand scrubbing floors.
Laundry, dishes, bathrooms, decluttering... don't really mind any of those. But I hate doing the floors by hand. Somebody buy me a Floormate, willya?

13. Dusting is the most monotonous for me.
With all the other chores, including vacuuming, I can usually distract myself. But there's something about dusting, lifting up all the small items, getting all the nooks -- it's just boring as hell.

14. One of mine is cleaning the window blinds ...
They get so dusty & gross. You wipe & wipe, but the dust just clusters into little, gross balls. And I have too many to take them all down & wash them. I hate that job.

15. All of them
Seriously, I will do yardwork, landscaping, weed pulling, tree trimming, watering, grass cutting, or weedwacking long before doing any indoor household chores. It usually shows - especially this time of year.

My least favorite among the indoor chores is probably either scrubbing the floors or scrubbing the toilets or scrubbing the soap scum in the shower. Not sure which is the worst. Everything else is required in order to function.

Luckily I have a dishwasher. My hubby will also do them. But I also hate dusting. Anything else I do not mind.

24. Chores
Collecting and putting out the trash. That really annoys me. If I go to throw something out from the frig, my husband will declare that it's still good and he's eating it. If I don't throw it out, he makes a huge scene that I don't ever clean out the frig. Oy.
