Fluck 'em! My cat ain't wearing bells
A Cresskill NJ law - All cats must wear three bells to warn birds of their whereabouts. I live in the next town to the west and some nutball wrote a letter to the town council suggesting we pass the same law.

How about, instead, a law requiring birds to wear diapers, especially those forken shit machines called geese?
