8. Me.
Sopranos? Sex and the City? Any HBO programming, when I think about it.

Uh, Depserate Housewives, the OC, Survivor, I guess most of them. Sitcoms, too.

Also classics. Godfather. Apocalypse Now. Raging Bull. The list goes on, and makes me feel more and more culturally illiterate.

and since I don't watch much network TV at all, the list of stuff I *have* seen would be considerably shorter... :P

14. I've never seen "Everybody Loves Raymond."
It's the last show tonight? I guess I'll miss it.

Never saw Friends.

Never saw most television shows. Murphy Brown was good. So was "The West Wing." And M*A*S*H.

I enjoyed "Joan of Arcadia." I never understood Seinfeld, and so far as I can tell there was only one episode that I've caught various bits and pieces of.

There are zillions of movies and television shows I've never seen. I hate criminal dramas and medical dramas, probably because of real world experience. I don't like blood.

I did wait for many hours to see one of the first showings of Star Wars, and have continued that tradition. Our tickets are in hand, but oh dear, I hear it is especially violent.

No Godfather, no Silence of the Lambs, no Jaws, no slasher movies, nothing like that.

A long time ago I saw Eraserhead and Das Boot with girlfriends, and oh yeah, Betty Blue, and Blue Velvet.

My wife doesn't like those sorts of movies, bless her heart, and that's one more reason I happily married her.

Absurd comedies with occasional naked people of all shapes and sizes dropped into silly situations are about my speed, but I think those are illegal in the United States. (God forbid a white women ever flash a black football player or all hell will break loose!)

27. Save "It's a Wonderful Life" for a Christmas/holiday season
Edited on Tue May-17-05 03:32 AM by ReadTomPaine
I somehow managed not to see or have anyone tell me about this film for 30 years before I finally saw it on a Christmas day many years back. Worth the wait.

22. "Cheers" was the last network show I ever watched.
I've never even been tempted to go back. No reality shows, cop shows, lawyer shows, crime-scene shows...just not interested.

No "Star Wars," either, or "Matrix," or "Harry Potter." Most Hollywood movies seem dull, loud and formulaic to me.

31. Ditto for me - no Titanic or P of C - and no interest in EVER seeing them
Also not The Exorcist or other horror/shock movies. World is bad enough, don't need more ugliness. Not my idea of entertainment.

I watch almost no TV at all and don't have cable - get my video clips online. (Thank you, dzika at DU and the Crooks & Liars video blog!)
