I Need an Answer to an Important question.
What is a "Dell"
I even asked one of my friends whose father is a Farmer and even he
had no idea.
I bring this up cause I heard some young children singing about
"A Famer in the Dell"
Was the Farmer in a Deli?
Where in the hell was this "Dell" and why was the Farmer there?

2. A dell is a wooded valley.
Why the farmer is there is anyone's guess, I suppose.

5. It's a computer
The farmer is trapped inside it, like in "Poltergeist."

6. from the dictionary
a secluded hollow or small valley usually covered with trees or turf

although I much prefer the "go ask glen" answer.
