I know there are some lines that have been floating around the Lounge, but here's for those who missed them:

In the first of tonight's two episodes, Ned is lamenting the "sin" in Springfield:

"I wish I could go back to a more perfect, traditional time that only exists in the minds of us Republicans"

In the second episode, Homer is threatening to throw Bart into the army if he gets expelled from his new school:

"I'll throw you in the army, where they'll take you to our next military quagmire. Where will it be? North Korea? Iran? Anything's possible with Commander Cuckoo-Bananas in charge!"

And then Ned commenting at the end of the episode on intra-Christian tolerance and understanding:

"Let's unite against our real enemies: monogamist gays and stem cells!"
