1. My favorite song

I've always liked it but since 2000 it's been invested with more meaning than before. We are at the age's most uncertain hour and we must continue to sing an American tune.

2. Always been mine too.

I have lots of favorites but that one will always make me think and cry. Wait, there are a lot of those too. Oh well. It is a wonderful, sad, meaningful song and such a pretty one. I play it frequently and always enjoy knowing that others also love it. It should get play time these days.

Note that it was released in 1973, during the Watergate scandal period, but it has so much more meaning today it really should get air time as you said.
