4. Either spend an afternoon outdoors painting,
or take long car trips by myself taking photographs, and basicly thinking of things. It does wonders for what ails me.

8. road trips can be so awesome
and i agree that painting can be relaxing and a release. i also love to journal - it helps me sort out my thoughts and feelings
