somehow I have the feeling next week I need to REALLY workout
because this long weekend will be full of very yummy food. Today homemade Spaghetti Bolognese. Tomorrow BBQ. Monday either Steak or cutlet. Then we have of course cake and ice cream and big breakfast. Food is just too damn tasty to say no. Good thing I am working out.

no where near my gym. Maybe I do some sit-ups tonight. And you are right, it feels good to work out.

9. Unfair? No, no - it's cool the way it works.
If you exercise, doing both cardio and resistance work, you burn calories AND speed your metabolism, and you get to eat more than if you did not exercise at all. :)

I ment it is unfair that yummy food sometimes doesn't help you to stay slim :) I do biking and resistance. Mostly thighs, stomach and butt.
