"Styx" with JY and Shaw and Chuck Panozzo
Edited on Sat May-14-05 10:05 AM by PDittie
is on the Today Show right this minute doing "I Am the Walrus".

Chuck P has so far survived his battle with HIV.

I loved these guys back in the day.

1. I saw them on the Styx/REO/Journey tour...they kicked ass without DeYoung!
While Glen Burtnik played bass for most of the show, Chuck came out and played on several tunes. The man is a poster child for life with HIV.

Oh, did I mention they kicked ass, even without Dennis DeYoung? Glen Burtnik ran all over the arena, all while singing and playing. The new tunes (at the time) were spectacular.

2. I love Styx!
It took me a while to get over Dennis DeYoung, but once you put the album on, it's all still awesome! :)

Sorry I missed them. :(
