20. Oh, I'm so glad you came by, Longgrain!
I hoped you'd get to see this...She did some pointillism in h.s. I think she sees this one as more Impressionistic...BTW, this spot is where I think I'll put your painting...Nice diffused light, and the sun will not ever fade it!

I thank you for your incisive remarks! It's good to have another artist weigh in...

I posted her web site here someplace; you could ask her yourself...I warned her tonight that she might be hearing from a bunch of people online that she didn't know...and she was so pleased to hear it! She is now exhibiting and selling her work around Boston..

That means a lot, coming especially from an artist...Did you check out my daughter's website? I think it's in post #30...She has a lot more paintings in there, plus this one. She's so much more careful than I am with her photographs of her work, so they show up much better on her site...

78. Hi, and thank you, Cleofus1!
Actually, it doesn't need framing...she has painted around the sides so no blank canvas shows...And it's in a fairly small place, so the frame would make the whole look cramped. Look at it on her website and you'll have a MUCH better idea of how beautiful it really is!
