1. That is terrible. Screw the car, WTF!! Those cops are cowards.
Oh, but, but our lives were so in danger so we had to shoot him. Screw them cops. I could care less about the stolen car if it means the cops are going to gun him down. Let him go and just track him and when he runs out of gas or something, arrest him. Don't be chasing him down the freeway.

3. Holy shit.
It looks like the first shot took him down and he dropped the gun.

But then they just unloaded on him.

He must have shot at the cops or something... Maybe we don't know the whole story yet.

But still....damn...

4. This one was justified
The guy had TWO guns and was headed into a place of business with customers for shelter. He was shot when he dropped the first gun and was pulling out the second one.. Sorry.. cops are trained to shoot in that situation.

I was about a 1/4 of a mile of this pursuit yesterday and saw all the helicopters etc.. My sister had just left a business directly across the street from there. Fuck that guy if he had done anything to hurt her or anyone else for that matter.

While I know there are plenty of unjustified shootings.. this guy chose to run and pull his gun out while facing officers.

I'm not defending the pursuit per se.. I'm defending the shooting in this situation.

5. I don't know if you guys are aware of this
But cops are trained to kill if they feel the suspect might either kill them or a civilian. They will continue shooting until they have stopped their target. They are not going to shoot this guy in the legs, nor in the arm.

This guy had one gun, then pulled out a second gun. He had it coming to him.

no other shooting would be justified if the reason was not life threatening to the officers or innocent bystanders -- which was the case here.
