Tell Us... What's Your Favorite Beatles' Song? Pick one... or two.
At this very moment---as I type the words that you're reading---I'm listening to my favorite Beatles' song.

I'll bet you can't guess it!

I love "Here Comes the Sun" One of the first songs my newborn (when he was new) heard, and heard me sing to him.

on edit: I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say their version of "Rock and Roll Music" is your favorite Beatles tune ?

39. Yes -- my daughter's first song.
We were playing Abby Rd. and it was on when she finally came out. My husband said it should have been "Here Comes the Daughter" cause we already had our son three years prior.

Do you want us to name our favorite Beatles' song or our two favorite Beatles' song or YOUR favorite Beatles' song that is probably over by now.

13. I Have 3
"Yesterday", "The Long and Winding Road" & "Michelle".

Several others come right behind.

Unfortunately, in the late 80s I worked in a bar where the DJ (AKA the boss' son) was a Beatles FREAK! I got SOOOOO tired of them that I didn't listen to them for years. That guy is the only DJ I've ever seen get booed off of the stage in favor of the juke box consistently. He STILL thought he was a great DJ.

I've got to add "Yesterday" and "Imagine" also.

My first ever record was a 45 rpm of "Yellow Submarine." My parents also bought me "Puff the Magic Dragon." Wish I still had those 45s. I played them on my Close'N'Play record player.

Edited on Thu May-12-05 10:11 PM by CottonBear
I was born in 1963. I had the "Yellow Submarine" 45 as a kid and grew up with AM radio. As I came of age in the 1970s, My friends and I discovered the Beatles. Sgt. Pepper, Revolver, Meet the Beatles, etc. (Along w/ Janis Ian. Laura Nyro, James Taylor, Pat Benatar, Alman Brothers, Marshall Tucker, Eagles , KISS, Springsteen, Dylan...)

The Beatles rock. They stand the test of time. Every song is perfect.

I can't sing or play. My hubby is a musician and a songwriter and a singer and a fine artist. I can only stand back in awe and enjoy the music!
