Holy crap!Did anyone else know this?
An apple will wake you up better than a cup of coffee. I read this somewhere and thought "Yeah, Right." But I've been trying to kick the caffeine so I thought "What the hey" and IT WORKS. I feel better and more alert than I did after my morning coffee, and none of that crappy shaky feeling.

Really?
No, I didn't know that... thanks, I'm going to try it!

I don't do caffiene, and I'm a morning person by nature, but I know some people who could really use this. :)

5. It really works.
I never thought it would because quite honestly, I wasn't THAT committed to giving up the coffee-but it does.

24. I think it is the sugar. Do you get a sugar crash a little later?
If I have anything with much sugar in it in the morning, I get really hungry before lunch, and I get tired.

9. Sugar rush. Natural sugars are faster/better than processed.
More "normal-feeling" rush, much gentler crash.

Not to mention that the apple is 'Nature's Toothbrush'!

And Tab was before that. I don't drink as much Diet Coke as I used to, but I still like that eye opener.
