Simba ALWAYS knows when I have to do something.
Whenever I need to go take a shower, go out, etc., Simba takes the time to jump on my lap and settle in. How does he know I need to get up? I just can't refuse the little sweetheart.

Cats lie in the sun and soak up gravity (as we all know, the sun's gravity hold the Earth in orbit). The cat sits on your lap and releases the gravity, causing you to be unable to rise up and remove the cat from your lap.
