she is 14. It had been torn up from my cat. Make sure when you buy the replacement screening, you buy the little tool that pushes the rubber piece back into place.

done a couple years back; they charged $20 per screen, nice white aluminum france, hooks, slides, install, everything. Under $200... changes the entire appearance of the house too.
