Well, maybe... I know myself like I do the back of my foot. (forgive me for not saying "back of my hand", for obvious reasons... :wow: )

4. yeah, the heel is in back of the foot.
and then the business side of the foot, having to do with the essential function of a foot, i.e. "meet the road", might be considered the front of the foot, and then what's behind that would be the back.

And then there's the front that is the tips of the toes too.
