Michael and I met a colleague of Playahata1's at a truck stop

He was gassing up a U-haul, driving down to FL---

I knew when he told me where he worked that he would probably have known/worked with her---and I was right. We didn't talk much about her; but he was definetly a Liberal (of course) and was saddened by her death.

For some reason, it made another DUer a little more "real" to us-

Our first long road trip together as a couple; we HAD to run into someone connected with DU--even loosely---it was just bound to happen!

Which in and of itself is nearly inconcievable.

But there we were with someone who physically knew our digital friend in Indiana where neither of us were from.
