I am in PAIN
Started practicing yoga a week ago. Not too intense, but just enough to see some sculpting in my upper body.

Today I completed a fairly tough hike in a mountain canyon near where I live.

I can hardly stand I am in so much pain. I think, tomorrow, I will be bed-bound.

Help! Send in reinforcements! I'm out of ammo!

Writer.

4. Hot bath or baths will help, assuming you're able to get in the bathtub
If not, a steamy shower might help at least a little. Aspirin or ibuprofen is your friend, too, of course.

7. Pain is my life.
I wake up to it every morning- it takes me 30mg of methadone and 20mg of flexeril just to get moving. i take an additional 40 mgs of methadone and 20 of flexeril thru the day.

when i sneeze, it feels like someone is cracking my spine like a whip.(i try not to sneeze)

my blood's sedimentation rate is at 92 mm/hr.(it should be 0-15, but it hasn't dropped below 50 in years).

it's why i'm still up going on 2AM, when i have to be up before 6 this morning...

I don't mean to bitch, but chronic pain with no cure sucks rocks.

8. I'm sorry to read about this
Perhaps, instead of pain, I should classify my current condition as extreme soreness.

What you're enduring sounds painful. Do you meditate?
