1. I haven't gotten up in five years
There are advantages to working second shift.

2. I don't know if I could work 2nd or 3rd shift.
Is it hard to force yourself to go to work? I guess you get used to it.

3. I think it's hard to force yourself to go back to work
no matter what shift you work. That's my experience anyway. I can't work first because I have to take a heavy duty dose of medication at night and it is of the type that will knock you out for a while. I can't work third because I'll fall asleep half way through the night for the same reason.

4. When I first retired
it felt strange not to have to get up in the mornings to go to work.

5. Hi, n2mark, Tomorrow is the second Monday of my retirement!
It feels so very good not to have to get up early to go to work at all! I can get up when I feel like it, do what I want, when I want to; the day is MINE! It is sweet, indeed. I hope that your days are sweet for you, as well...We HAVE PAID OUR DUES!
