at a slumber party.

I was transfixed all night by that perky brunette....I forget her name now.

I remember thinking that I would do anything for cable tv.

Now I'm over 30 and I still don't have cable. But I don't care anymore, because cable is no longer cool.

8. I remember when MTV was GOOD.

They used to play nothing but cool "new-wave" stuff and old '60s TV spots (Doors, Beatles, etc). An occasional
"Cult Classic" film.

Great stuff- REM, XTC, Talking Heads, Elvis Costello, X, old Police, all kinds of great stuff...

Then Madonna & Wacko-Jacko killed it.
