Prom dinner at hooters.
I saw this happen today. It was a group of eight kids walking into hooters from their pre-prom dinner...WTF?! How lame is that?

2. Why? I think it is a lot less lame than high school kids
spending money on a big expensive dinner in a fancy restaurant that they can't afford.

4. Why? hmm...
maybe because the food is crappy, even for the price, and the atmosphere is trashy. You can at least take your prom date to a respectable place that doesn't insult her.

It's possible that they thought it might be fun and a little risque.
Anyway, if it is so bad what were you doing there?

3. It sounds more fun . . .
than the traditional Junior/Senior Banquet. Now, _that's_ lame.

6. Well, they do have really good hot wings...
...however I wouldn't want to be wearing my prom dress when I ate them.
