3. As someone who is mostly a vegetarian
my favorite quickie meal isn't vegan, but I absolutely love (yes, I'm a throwback!) Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. Yep--that little, inexpensive box, which we've all eaten since we were kids. Quick, easy, and if made correctly, delicious.

I used to use ground beef in it as well when I was a meat-eater, but there are some substitutes which enhance the taste, including ground turkey, or ground veggie protein.

10. Sounds yummy.
Barilla has a new multigrain pasta. I bought a box last night when I went grocery shopping, but I haven't tried it yet. Maybe I'll use it to make this.

14. Pasta with veggies and marinara or a fruit smoothie.
Either is pretty quick! Less healthy, I might open a can of refried beans and add some scallions......yum :P
