2. Here we go: My Online Date with Pee Wee

So I had this friend of mine who turned out to be a jackass. Simply, the man was a wimp and didn't have the balls (the little Pee Wees) to acknowledge that he liked me and wanted more than a friendship. So he started emailing me. A lot. This is several years ago when most of us were still using dial-up, so at this time we were fairly high-tech.

All right, let me fill you in a bit more: the man was an exec. in my office.

Let me continue, now: the man was married. No, I don't date or flirt with married men, but I was a stupid young woman.

Anyway, he flirted with me. Quite a bit, until after a while I began to realize that I had a choice: keep flirting back and have extra advantages in my career at the office, or stop flirting and find work elsewhere.

I chose the latter, and Pee Wee sort of "turned" on me. Suddenly less opportunities hit my desk and he began humiliating me at meetings.

I eventually found a better job. I moved up and on and Pee Wee is still in his same office in his same job.

10. Oh my God, you're so right...

I wouldn't be anybody if it weren't for the DU Lounge Lizards! I am swearing my allegience (is there some type of initiation ceremony here?) to the DU Lounge and to all things DU. I think. Yeah, okay, I am.

What do I do now? I've posted something provocative and personal. Check. I've yacked it up with at least three other DU Lounge Lizards. Check. I'm now swearing allegience. Check.

What's the next step? I must be loved by all!
