It's trying to associate gays with child molesters.

Sex offenders should have licenses that are glaring neon green.

Actually, I find this distasteful. Offenders usually commit their crimes in private settings, if I'm not mistaken.

And why stop at sex offenders and drunk drivers? Doesn't the public have a right to know that if they're sharing the road with ANY kind of ex-felon? On the other hand, it would be a boon for cops who were falling behind on their ticket-writing quotas--they wouldn't to waste time looking for "erratic" drivers to pull over!
