How often do you think about death?
Each day, for me... And I'm not depressed or anything...

1. Do you have kids?
I wonder if that'd be why. When I was younger I didn't think about death at all.

But now, I think about it at least once every day--my death, my kid's :scary: , my parents, Iraqis, soldiers, other people...

I don't think about it for a long period of time, but it definitely crosses my mind.

4. Fairly often
a few times a week. It's the old circle of life theme for me, usually. Everthing and everyone who dies makes room for something new. Those are the types of thoughts I have now.

I used to think about it quite a lot: mine, my sisters, my brother's, etc. mostly after our parents died. That has subsided now.

Why do you ask?

6. Just wondering how much this capitalistic society requires people not to
think about it...

9. Ok, I mean your own death. You know, what is the point etc etc.

Unfortunately, it is the only sure thing. Fortunately, our mind can keep that out of awareness most of the time...
